I needed to get in early and the staff were great in facilitating this. I needed to leave my luggage on the check out date and the staff also accommodated this with a smile. It's a Best Western Hotel so you get a certain standard and that's good to know. Happily would use this hotel again.

Good ambience. Excellent Hotel staff at reception, back office, restaurant. Ms. Nidhi was in addition also helpful for our transportation to Manali. Good food. Enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to stay whilst we are back from Manali.

Rooms are good and comfort. staff was supportive. they provide limited menu food till 4 AM so that is good part. breakfast was with limited item but overall taste was good.

The breakfast as well as the restaurant itself might be one of the best parts of the stay. Food is exceptional, and the stuff is super welcoming and caring. This Best Western hotel did not disappoint and was above the expectations.

One of the best stays in Chandigarh. Great facilities and the room was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved the interiors.
